dc.description.abstractTelerehabilitation combined with video games provides a new approach that may facilitate rehabilitation services access, in patients with stroke. We used a multiple case study, in order to identify barriers and facilitators to using this technology by stakeholders and to developp knowledge translation activities based on the findings.
