| dc.description.abstract | This presentation will summarize results from a research project piloted among three hundred adult patients of the Lunenburg Family Health Clinic who completed a survey that measured adverse childhood experiences, current health challenges and factors promoting resilience. Future implications for multi-disciplinary and collaborative care settings will be discussed. | |
