| dc.description.abstract | Focus groups and interviews were conducted with staff to identify their experiences in long-term care. Themes resonating with the literature included teams, scope of practice, staff shortages and residents‘ home as well as a newly emerging theme of staff going “above and beyond” their clinical duties to care for residents. | |
