Abstract

In this study, perovskite layers were prepared by using a one-step blade coating process with different binary solvent and methylammonium (MA) cation concentrations. The optoelectronic properties of CH3NH3PbI3 (MAPbI3) perovskite films were determined. The mixed solvent solution produces a uniform perovskite layer with a larger grain size than a single solvent. In addition, the excess MA cation reduces the active layer defect density, impedance, and improves the absorptions that the solar cell performance positively affects. This was confirmed during the simulation process by SCAPS. Furthermore, we investigated the non-tracking light concentrator, which can be used in a solar cell system to increase the efficiency of solar cells.
