Abstract
Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems are essential to monitor industrial processes in critical infrastructure. However, existing SCADA standards and protocols are susceptible to traditional cyber attacks and potential future attacks leveraging quantum computing. This thesis introduces a comprehensive security framework for safeguarding SCADA network communication against cyber attacks.
