| dc.description.abstract | Younger adults (YA) living in residential long-term-care designed for older adults (RLTC) face distinct barriers to health and well-being. Admissions assessments of YA admitted to RLTC, were mapped to the ICF and social determinants of health. Patterns in personal and contextual factors inform alternative RLTC models for this vulnerable population. | |
