Abstract

Establish chloride transport parameters in order to estimate the service life for Upper and Lower Durham bridges in New Brunswick.

Description

MY thesis was to establish chloride transport parameters by using the bulk diffusion test standard in order to estimate the service life. Additionally, using these parameters in chloride models to predict time to corrosion initiation in reinforced concrete bridge decks and, estimate the service life of Upper and Lower Durham bridges in New Brunswick.
