dc.description.abstractLeisure and recreational activities have many health benefits, but people with a mental illness, and especially older adults, often face personal, social and environmental barriers to accessing such activity. Drawing on qualitative methods, this study examines the barriers faced by older adults, and makes recommendations to overcome them.
