dc.description.abstractOHC is a collaborative health centre in rural Nova Scotia. Acknowledging a need for improved health and wellness, the community took it upon itself to raise the funds, identify pertinent services, programs, and professionals to fulfill our vision. Our doors opened in 2016; we feel our story is unique.
