dc.description | Building identified on the envelope as a Spinning Wheel shop. Six men some holding small wheels are standing on a balcony from which a staircase reaches to ground level. At the foot is a horse-drawn carriage on which two men are standing storing wheels. Two men are in a doorway on the side of the building at the back. All are wearing hats.
