dc.description.abstractThe author was employed as a Health Informatics Analyst Intern to analyze, create, design, and implement a web-based interface to the database for the Wheelchair Skills Program (WSP). The health informatics component of the WSP project was to identify the flow and use of information in Rehabilitation Center settings that would help the researchers to evaluate the health status and outcome measurement of their patients. This is a report of the work done by the author during his internship with Rehabilitation Center. This was done as part of a research project headed by Dr. Lee Kirby, Division of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Dr. McAllister, faculty of Computer Science and Wheelchair Research Team.en_US
