The Board of Governors Minutes, 1820 onwards contain information on faculty and program creation and modifications, convocation candidates and procedures, building changes and naming, staff and faculty appointments, tenure and salary increases, key donors and funding, biographical sketches of key members of the Dalhousie community, and other information on administrative duties involving the Board of Governors.
