Introduction

The auxiliary material contains two movie files showing the evolution of selected numerical models used in 
the study of canopy evolution.

 
1. Animation_SD1.wmv: Animation of model SD1, showing the growth of diapirs under uneven sedimentation and canopy 
evolution during subsequent sediment progradation.

2. Animation_BA1.wmv: Animation of model BA1, showing the evolution of a salt canopy via the mechanism of breached 
anticlines.
